Responsibilities
Responsible performance reporting –
Daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annually.
Cluster, state, division and national
Sales channels
Sales planning – targeting setting and sales forecasting
Budgeting – budget planning, preparation, monitoring and control
Monitoring of channel compliance with trade policies & governance
Trade communication, support, and training

Skillset
Proficiency in MS excel, power point and word
Effective Communication/Presentation – written and oral
Conceptual and Analytical skill
Good with numbers
Effective listener
Attention to details
Effective team player
Target analyses/ setting
Management reporting
Sales operations management
Sales planning/target setting
Budgeting
Strategy development
Process and policy development
Office administration

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science or Social Science
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Demonstrated Good MSW, Excel and PPT knowledge
Understanding of the principles of Business Intelligence and Reporting
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Relevant Experience
