Power Generator Mechanic - Lagos Mainland

As a result of our expansion, we urgently require suitably qualified candidates to fill this role: Duties
Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all types of power generation equipment. Perform/provide routine inspection and service of all generators on site.
Repairs and perform complete engine overhauls.
Identify problems and understand safe and efficient outputs levels for all the generators. Maintain all power generation equipment and tools in a safe manner.
Ensure the Company’s regulations on Health and Safety are strictly adhered to.Requirement: Proven ability to work on Diesel engines.
Smart and intelligent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Honest, dedicated and a proactive team player. [
Skills:
Ability to interpret and apply manufacturers repair manuals and technical specifications, schematics and engineering drawings and diagnostic codes. Basic understanding of variety of engines. Ability to perform maintenance on coolant, oil and fuel systems. Basic understanding of power generation, electrical safety and engine maintenance. Understand voltage, amperage, frequency and poser factors. Understand the basic principles of electricity How to Apply
