About the Job
Part-time Personal/​Executive Assistant is needed to support a busy executive/​entrepreneur managing multiple businesses at a home office – must have flexibility to work from their own home at times.​ The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who is detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task.​ A positive attitude and focused approach with an emphasis on timely completion of projects and tasks are a must.​ This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking a part-time opportunity.​ Reliable vehicle with insurance is required as some driving will be required.​
Position requires approximately 25 to 30 hours a week.​ Flexible schedule could accommodate a student or an at-home parent looking for meaningful and challenging part-time work.​
Daily tasks will include the following:
Scheduling appointments/​conference calls
Arranging complex travel itineraries
Overseeing schedules and managing calendars
Interfacing with high level contacts
Managing/​Tracking costs/​expenses from multiple entities
Managing activities around home and home office (gardener, pool maintenance etc.​)
Completing special projects
Qualified candidates will have:
A minimum of 1-year experience working as a personal and/​or executive assistant
A demonstrable track record of success
The ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong organizational skills
A detail-oriented and proactive nature
A positive and professional approach to work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Tech savvy
Ethical and trustworthy with a strong commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality
