Experience
The ideal candidate must also have experience in performing the following functions.

Ensure that affairs of the company are managed in accordance with its objects contained in the articles of association and the provisions of the Companies Law
Advise the company in conjunctions with the company’s solicitors, the chief executive or other executive, in respect of the legal matters, as required
Drafting contract agreements between record labels and artist, promoters etc
General counseling for artist and record labels , marketing and merchandising
Music copyrighting

QUALIFICATION
University Degree in Law and must have been called to the Bar with minimum of 3 years working experience
