Call center associates will be making outbound calls to members and patients who received surveys by mail but did not complete surveys and return them. Thy must possess the qualities of making a warm call and must be comfortable on the phone. Though Scripts may be different for different survey calls.
Work Environment:
Call Center Environment, small desk with headset and computer, can not have pen, paper, or cell phone on desk, as this is a compliance violation with their clients.
SKILLS
computer/ system experience in previous role
-Need to be able to work on computer for entire shift and at desk with headset. Must be on the phone 85-90% of day.
-type 30 WPM
-Making warm calls and they need to be comfortable on the phone and using all necessary terms; each script may be different for different survey calls, so terms may change with calls and need to have ability to adjust.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Minimum of OND, HND / Bachelor degree in Mass communication or any specialized related field;
