Sales Representative - Lagos Island

JOB DUTIES:

Set objectives, plan, organize, and direct sales associates to meet objectives and maximize their potential

Train each sales associates and consultant to establish realistic sales goals for each month and develop an action plan. Offer them advice, support, and motivation to help them meet their sales objectives.

Negotiating contracts, organising sales visits and reviewing sales performance

Demonstrating and presenting products, establishing new sales and business and maintaining accurate records.

REQUIREMENTS:

OND/HND/BSc in any field

Computer skills and the ability to learn new programs

Desire to succeed within a revenue-driven atmosphere
