Quantity Surveyor - Lagos Island

JOB DUTIES:

Carrying out feasibility studies, seeking funding sources and submitting bids

Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Performing risk analysis evaluations, cost control and preparing and submitting final accounts

Making valuations, supervising staff, arranging payments to suppliers and contractors and providing advice and forecasts about costs.

REQUIREMENTS:

HND/BSc or Graduate in relevant discipline
