The HR Administrator must be able to maintain work structure by updating Job requirement and JDs for all positions.
Maintain organization staffing by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program.
Develop an ideal organogram for the organization/departments.
Prepare employees for assignment by establishing and conducting meetings and training programs.
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, Job Evaluations, prepare pay budget and HR budget, etc
Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees work results by supervisors are as they should be.
The HR Administrator manages grievance resolutions by developing a procedure for same.
Staff Benefit Management
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
Maintain a good staff database for filing and retrieval
Employee Planning and Forecasting
The HR Administrator must create an ideal communication process for staff relations.

Qualifications
A minimum of BSC, BA in Human Resource or any social science course.
A member of the CIPMN or other relevant HR bodies
A master degree will be an advantage
Must have a minimum work experience of 4 years in a similar position
