We are urgently looking for competent Recruiters.
A recruiter’s main objective is to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions.
Recruiters coordinate with both the candidates and managers in order to find the right fit for the company and the position at hand.
Responsibilities:
Meets with management to determine the role, responsibilities, and experience necessary for an open role
Builds applicant resources by contacting universities, employment agencies, job boards, recruitment agencies, and more
Attracts applicants by placing ads on job boards, websites, and social media
Arranges meetings between applicants and managers, taking care of any boarding or travel associate with these meetings
Manages any relocation tasks associated with a new employee including movers, housing, and introductions to the community
Manages intern program
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful recruiting
Applicant must have very strong people skills
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have experience and expertise in conducting several types of interview (group, phone, video, etc)
Applicant must have strong judgement skills
Candidate must have a great ability to cultivate relationships and follow up with candidates
Must have social media experience
