Investment Analyst - Ikeja

Integrate organizational

design models with business

models to build new

solutions and programs as well as identify the

corresponding policies and procedures to

support implementation.

Develop annual and long-range strategic

planning - translating strategy into programs

with goals, priorities and objectives.

Continuously overview, implement and

report outcomes of national leadership

training program.

Provide strategic communications counsel to

support rollout of strategic plan and newly

developed programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a university in related field

A minimum of 2 years experience.

Business development experience.

Project management, strategy/planning and

change management experience.

Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communications.

Entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to thrive

in evolving workplace.

Ability to collect and analyze data and information, drawing conclusions and producing reports and recommendations.

Ability to communicate clearly in writing and

verbally.

Succession planning skills and employee

engagement skills

Ability to quickly gain a thorough

understanding of the firm and relevant business
