Flight Attendant Ikeja

JOB BRIEF
The service of a pleasant,trustworthy, good looking, humble and eloquent flight attendant is needed, to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights. Applicant must be able to work independently, perform effectively in a team and build trust relationships with passengers.
His/Her goal is to maximize revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Provide information, guidance, and assistance on safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft.
*Monitor and secure the cabin regularly.
*Comply with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection.
*Assist passengers and cabin crew during emergency situations.
*Provide special help to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elderly etc)
*Conduct safety check before flight take-off
*Greet customers, check their tickets and accompany them to their seats.
*Prepare and serve drinks and food to cabin passengers.
*Submit a comprehensive report concerning flight incident(s).
SKILLS:
Applicant must possess the following:
*Proven working experience as flight attendant or customer service experience.
*Fluency in English, multilingual is preferred
* Office knowledge.
*Customer service-oriented Professional image.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
*Already possessed Cabin crew certification or training is an added advantage
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of OND, HND/BSc/BA/B.Ed e.t.c. in any degree certificate program , to qualify for the post.
