Qualifications

Candidates must have held similar positions in established MFBs for a minimum of three years.
Knowledge of loan structuring and monitoring, credit appraisal, collateral perfection processes and risk asset portfolio management is a must.
Requirements

They must be graduates in courses relevant to their positions.
They must have worked in microfinance banks consistently for a minimum of three years and in similar positions.
They must possess leadership and communication skills and ability to process information and data and interpret it coherently.
They must be very hardworking with lots of integrity and ready to take up new challenges.
They must be microfinance banking certified or are presently writing the exams.
