Responsibilities
Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff..
Supervise other clerical staff, and provide training and orientation to new staff.

Bachelor's degree in an administrative discipline.
1 -3 years relevant experience.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Confidence with a range of computer software.
