TRIPLEX SERVICES NIG. is an organization located in Lagos, Nigeria with various branches and offices.
We are seeking a branch manager with a high level of accountability and the ability to oversee all operations of a company branch.
The branch manager will be responsible for all operations of their specific division or office, including hiring employees, ensuring proper care of employees, meeting a company's goals and objectives.
Further, the manager will help approve loans and lines of credit.
Responsibilities:
Coach, develop and manage staff performance to meet or exceed all sales and service goals and objectives
Plans and organizes branch outbound sales call efforts, makes outbound calls, and participates in calling efforts during call events
Conduct employment interviews as necessary
Hire, train, develop, direct, schedule, evaluate and recommend monetary increases on all branch employees
Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position
Develop and implement branch business and marketing plans
Identify, investigate and respond to members' concerns
Plan branch operations based upon analysis and review of historical and evolving trends
Analyze and determine staffing needs
Assist in branch operations as required
Interested applicants must possess a minimum degree of HND/B.A/B.Sc or any other higher qualification
